The Award-Winning Fairytale: Snow White
The magic of Dry-Ice Blasting meets the Fairytale, "Snow White"! I'm super excited to share with you our most recent award-winning project. This particular restoration project was for an incredibly unique 1957 Chevrolet 3100 Custom Pro Touring Pickup nicknamed “Snow White” (as the paint is 'Snow White Pearl') which was displayed at Motorama 2024 and won four awards: Best Paint, Best Engine, Best In Its Class & Celebrity Choice.
In preparation for the show and to ensure it won, we brought this truck to perfect condition by any and all means possible!
Firstly, we put Snow White up on a lift and went through the underbody, wheel wells, wheels and engine bay twice over with our Dry-Ice Machine. Have a look below to see the incredible transformation, and if you'd like to see the video of the process check it out on our Instagram here.
Once everything was Dry-Ice blasted, we then polished the underbody, engine bay & wheels to perfection before getting started on the exterior. We did a deep paint correction on the 'Snow White Pearl' paint and we were super happy to hear it won Best Paint award. Once the paint reached perfect condition, we sealed it top-to-bottom with Ceramic Coating.
We were super happy to be apart of this project and love that our client was able to take advantage of all our restoration services to ensure a show-stopping result at Motorama. This may be the first, but certainly not the last!
