MODIFIED Porsche 911 Turbo S

While some may say the Porsche 911 Turbo S is perfect straight from the factory, this client had different ideas. With no expense spared, we took his brand new Turbo to another level with a host of modifications both inside and out: lowering springs, HRE wheels, Akrapovic exhaust, a tune, and of course, Coloured PPF. Watch our latest videos on this project here & here.

All completed through ABE Customize & ABE Protect Plus. Let's get into it:

1. HRE Wheels & KW Adjustable Springs

This spec originally came with ChromaFlair paint-matched wheels. The client wanted to store them in case of ever reversing the car back to stock, but more importantly, to get a better-looking set of wheels that match the build better. This stunning set of gloss black wheels from HRE (with carbon centre caps) was the perfect choice.

With 21" in the front and 22" in the back, these wheels were re-engineered from HRE for this build specifically with a custom offset to ensure perfect fitment. To make the stance even more flush, we lowered the suspension on KW adjustable springs. This allows the car to be much lower than stock (on the lowest setting) but still be raised throughout daily driving for practicality and to avoid scraping in steep areas. The best of both worlds.

2. Custom Tune & Exhaust

Now the fun part, performance. An Akrapovic exhaust was installed for a much-needed boost in volume & tone. Personally, I think every Turbo S deserves an exhaust upgrade; the stock pipes don't do it justice. If you'd like to hear how this Turbo S sounds, check out our latest Instagram reel. And here are some of our past Turbo S exhaust projects: Turbo S—Catless Exhaust & Turbo S—KLINE Innovation Exhaust.

We then tuned the ECU for a conservative yet noticable power boost. From 640hp (stock) to 760hp. Yes, we do tuning now. But more on that in another blog!

3. Coloured PPF [Satin Black]

Initially, this 992 Turbo came into the shop with a ChromaFlair paint job from the factory. Although a controversial decision on our Instagram, this client was not interested in keeping this colour but still wanted it fully protected.

For those two reasons, he opted for full-body Satin Black PPF, but he wanted no sign of the previous colour, even when opening the doors. To achieve this, not only did we install each panel with all edges wrapped, but we disassembled the doors to wrap all the way around the door jambs and into the door sills. Under the door, under the spoiler, no ChromaFlair paint was left exposed.

We can't get enough of this build, and the client was just as excited to take delivery of it. It's always so fun being a part of crazy transformations like this one, and I hope you loved joining us for the ride.

Have a great weekend,
- Ali Ushak, CEO.
