DRY ICE BLASTING: NOW AVAILABLE

A New Era of Automotive Detailing

I’m super excited to share with you our newest service: Dry-Ice Blasting / Dry-Ice Cleaning, which takes automotive restorations to a completely different level – like something you've never seen before. This process will make your show vehicle (or any vehicle) look like it just rolled off the factory line. But first, I’d like to share with you the magic behind dry-ice blasting and what makes it different from any other form of restoration.

The Magic Behind Dry Ice Cleaning

This cutting-edge method employs tiny pellets of dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) as a cleaning medium, propelled by compressed air at high speed. The method is similar to other forms of media blasting such as sand blasting, plastic bead blasting, or sodablasting in that it cleans surfaces using a media accelerated in a pressurized air stream, but dry-ice is much softer than traditional blast media and doesn’t damage the surface in the same way an abrasive does. This process is Non-Abrasive, Non-Toxic & Non-flammable, ensuring the utmost safety for your vehicle.

The extremely low temperature (-78.8°C) causes surfaces to contract, effortlessly loosening any materials stuck to the surface. If you can see the dirt, the dry-ice machine can clean it. Any nook & cranny that you can’t physically clean with tools, brushes, etc. From dirt, tar and adhesion, Dry Ice Blasting flakes it off your vehicle effortlessly, revealing the original surface of the vehicle.

To restore your vehicle completely, dry-ice blasting can be used on:

  1. Chassis

  2. Suspension

  3. Wheel Wells

  4. Wheels

  5. Engine Bay

For best results, after everything has been dry-ice blasted, we dive in and polish all chrome & clean any left-over material to ensure a factory finish.

This is now available at our facility: Book Now! If you’re interested, feel free to reply to this email or give us a call and we'd be happy to get you in as one of the first to take advantage of this opportunity. Looking forward to sharing the restorations we have lined up this year, stay tuned!
